Helpful and friendly staff, providing useful tips and directions. the room was nice with a lovely view of the church outside. the side street location shielded us from tram noise. there were several convenient options for food and coffee nearby.

There were a few maintenance issues in the room, such as a strange smell, low water pressure and no hot water in the shower, and missing tiles in the bathroom. the cleanliness could have been better as we found hairs on the bed.

This place has a prime location in a side street, just a stone's throw away from everything you could ask for. Within 1-2 minutes walk, you'll find shops, buses, trams, and the bustling old town. It's the perfect base for exploring the city.

During our recent stay at Luxury Family Hotel Bila Labut, we were impressed with the central location that allowed us to easily explore the sights and sounds of Prague. The room was kept clean and tidy, and we appreciated the friendly service from the lady at reception. Although the hotel fell short of true luxury, it offered a decent experience for the price.

The location of the hotel is excellent, with easy access to public transportation and close to popular tourist attractions. The rooms offer sufficient space and comfortable beds for a pleasant stay. the breakfast provided is of good quality, offering a variety of options to start the day with.
