Great location, close to local amenities, transport links, and tourist attractions. Helpful and friendly staff, providing useful tips and directions. The room was nice with a lovely view of the church outside. The side street location shielded us from tram noise. there were several convenient options for food and coffee nearby.
There were a few maintenance issues in the room, such as a strange smell, low water pressure and no hot water in the shower, and missing tiles in the bathroom. The cleanliness could have been better as we found hairs on the bed.
